the room looks great! the main thing i will be looking for when i buy my first house is a smoke room, or a potential smoke room. it is a must!
right now in my apartment i use my studio as a smoke room. i would like to have two seperate rooms, one for all my studio and music gear,sound proofed and one room as a smoke room, exactly like yours.
if you put up some framed pictures and got some random cigar memorabilia in there it would be perfect.
