I've taken Winny @ 50mg. per day (some days I forgot) for about 4-5 weeks. I did gain about 20lbs. on barbell incline, 10-15lb. on dumbell flat, and 10lb. on E-Z curl bar...all in strength. Not to mention a nice ripped look because winny doesn't put on the water weight like most oil tests do. You have to be committed to working out while on them or you won't reep the benefits. But if you wanna do it right, you gotta stick yourself sadly.
I feel if you're over 20 and have the capacity to do them, then go for it. The thing that really pisses me off about this shit is that people do them and don't RESEARCH. I admit that I've been reading on and off about them for the last 4-5 years. I'm not as well versed as I would like, but it's not hard to comprehend. And all these damn 16-18 year olds that get on them and only work bi's and chest..UGH....
And people who get on them and don't cycle off of them right..UGH... You can gain some quality muscle that you can KEEP if done right. It's all in the research and if the person has the mental capacity to do them. This will vary from person to person.
