Never been BoM
So after I posted Im so Lonely... this afternoon, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and took Chuck's advise. I took my happy ass to the Ale House, had some Sweet Tai Chili Wings with several Blue Moons (orange wedge and all).
I was told by my wife that there was a Cigar Lounge that had opened in the shopping plaza. As I drove around looking for this lounge, I noticed a huge sign over the unit..."STOGIES" and the "I" was shaped like a cigar and those bastards put a smoke machine behind the sign so every minute or so, smoke comes out from the Cigar...So even before I walk in I was intrigued.
Upon walking in, I was greeted their Sales/Buyer guy. I entered their walk-in and they had an awesome selection; AF, Padron, Tats, Cabiguans, Vegas5, Ashtons, Diamond Crown, even 2 open Opus X 22 boxes with all the coffins individually priced. I was chatting with the owner about some of the other B&Ms in the area and discused the prices being unreasonble when it comes to some brands (AF SS, Opus, Tats, etc). He asked me what I like to smoke, and he recommended I pick up a Casa Magna Torito and a Cubao. Paid, snipped and lit the Torito (very good smoke) and began to shoot the sh!t with the owner. I got to know him and we spoke about everything from cigars to Casey Anthony...Enjoyed my afternoon and found another B&M that might become my "go to" place. He hasnt been open for long, but is looking forward to hosting events and increasing his customer base.
