Storing in Aluminum Tubes

Do the aluminum cans you drink impart a metal taste on your mouth? I haven't drunken anything out of a can in a while, so I couldn't say. But, it's highly unlikely.

I rarely drink beer and my liquor comes in a glass bottle :grin: If I do drink something in a can (soda), I pour in over ice.

Beer does pick up metallic tastes. That is why 99% of craft beers are sold in brown glass(the dark color protects from "skunking" which is a result of UV rays - not a temp change like many think).
