Started to smoke a bowl of H&H Black house yesterday but only got halfway through and got a call from my brother. I had to leave and meet him at the gun club, tried to relight several times but BSing got in the way so I ended up dumping it out when I got home. All evening, I kept smelling cigarette smoke on my mustache, got a bath and went to bed, still smelling cig smoke. I carried my pipe upstairs with me and smelled the bowl, yep, cigarette smoke smell..... What the heck it this all about? Did anyone else encounter the same results? I was only in the club 20-30 minutes so I doubt it drew in that fast.

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Very strange for sure. Blackhouse hasn't ever given me that smell before. Only thing I could think of, Something that happened to me long time back with my ex's mom. She was a heavy smoker and one day we went over there on a cool humid day and we were there longer then 30min more like 4hrs. When we left the smell as always was all over. Clothes, hair and even the face hair. Strange thing was when I went to load another bowl in a pipe that I took in her house because of how cold it was outside and didn't want to leave it in the car, it too smelled like cigarette smoke. So I just thought it must have been because of the cool humid air then temp change and the smoke attached to the micro vapor on the pipe that may have formed because of the Temp changes and then pulled her smoke onto it.
Not sure what it could have been. Strange for sure. I haven't had that issue since and only 1 time that I can remember it ever happening.

That's kinda what I was thinkin, hoping. Everyone there smoke cigs like it's their last breath and I really think the smell drew in the bowl and of corse all over me. I have enough for another bowl, maybe tomorrow evening.
I've smoked plenty of black house and never had that experience, honestly my first thought was ambient cigarette smoke or you toasted your stasche/beard lol

UPDATE the beard is fine, cleaned up well and back to normal
I do believe it was sitting around all those cigs that did it, the bowl smelled fine yesterday. I hope to get into that again tonite and try that Black House....
