BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I dont believe this crock from the player, yea he might be on the asthma medicine, but Every player that has been suspended has always said that it came from something else...

Pharm you hit the nail on the head. You would assume that they did do a qualitative. It would be very easy to sort out if this was a false positive from advair or something else. With as bad of asthma that Bettis has I would assume he was also on an inhaled steroid. Very weird story.

I think he was on both, and for image sake blamed it on the advair. Unless the league has a position on inhaled steroids then that is the only answer. After the sample tested positive, a qualitative would have been run to find out exactly what he was on.

He tried to blame it on lotion but it was a sublingal (sp?) steriod inside the lotion, which I have no doubt he knew about.
They do both and blame it on the the legal.
