Very small shop, but great people. They will explain their whole operation if you're interested. The former Mayor of Ybor City may even be there.

Nice. I can't wait. I am wondering if they allow you to buy the rare goodies they sell over the phone in the shop? It would be nice!

I went in there and got the complete tour of the building by Arturo. It was awesome learning the cigar history of the building itself, and the Fuente Cigar Company.

I have heard that everything is available there. I also heard that you have to buy by the box though. Can be pricy on the rare stuff. Same rules apply as online. Buy the qualifying amount of regulat Fuente and you are entitled to purchase the good stuff.

I was there as a small boy when they were still rolling cigars there. I can barely remember that far back but my dad took us on a tour there. I definitely want to see the new place one day.

I went about 5 months ago. Its not what you think. The whole building is empty except for the front with a window for sales. No hummies and no lounge. Walk in to the front window and place a order. I got to take a tour of the basement and see the vault of OPUS and Anejos, Ybor City and Fuente lines as well(pallets of gars). Other then a new office in the basement where they have meeetings with the other Fuentes theres not much. You dont have to buy a box of HTFs. Most Opus and Anejos are restricted to like either max 2 or max 4 (depending on mood and how much Reg. you buy)a piece. They also sell DC maximus at a low price as well. Good prices all around(after all it is there stuff). Hope this helps. Dont be shocked to walk in and be suprized on how small the actual "operation of is" I expected this great shop with a great lounge fellow cigar smokers. I walked in and thought I was in the wrong building.
