Tatuaje Black Rob - from the 3 pack event C/P

Great cigar, really reminds me of another cigar that I have had before but can't place it...

It's a straight forward cigar that lacks that foo-foo 3 stage flavor profile and predominate flavors at the start where there at the finish. I think it's a solid performer much better than the CG that went out with the jar.

I'm eye balling the 2 and wondering if they will be around tomorrow.

I'll be honest, the CG knocked my ass around. I couldn't nose smoke it at all. Crazy. I burned through my first on a golf course & really wish I would have concentrated more because there was so much going on. It is definately a blend (or perhaps just vitola? I haven't had other sizes) that is very overwhelmed by youth. So many flavors going on that are smothered. Should be amazing with time.

I know what you mean. I couldn't nose smoke this one at all, which was surprising.

The thing about the original release of the blacks was I don't think that too many people got them first hand...I know that mine had changed hands twice before it got to me. No telling what it went through by the time it got to me.

I have been given 2 that were both from original purchasers but the rest I have are from a friend of a friend of a friend, etc. !!

the robusto i had was very tasty. i've got serveral cg's laying in wait, so i'll probalby burn a few of those before i try my second robusto. i'm just happy to have them all! i hate to play favorites!

I think this is the best cigar i have smoked to date. Absolutely perfect in every way. I also went through all three of mine, i wish i had more. I will trade anyone or pay anyone that has any extras.

It would be cool to see more of these around but don't know if the tobacco is available for a regular release. It would suck to see Tatuaje push it just because of demand, but also a little bummed that there are so few of these around.

It's a cigar that needs to be smoked, but it's a shame to smoke it at the same time.

Amen, but after i smoked the first one, gave one to my buddy at the B&M, i knew there was no way i could hold off on the third. I asked Pete about these when i talked to him and the exact way he described the last one he smoked was "perfect". I could not agree more.
