Not sure who blended them. All I know is that they're out of Tropical Tobacco.

Are you basing it not being blended by Pepin because it was made in Tropical Tobacco factory? If that is the case then you could be wrong. If I'm not mistaking Pepin was having cigars made at Tropical Tobacco before he got his own factory up and running.
