BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I talked to Pete in November. It's possible the 10 may be completely skipped because of how much other stuff he has coming with the 10th anniversary stuff and he's still sitting on some 09 stock.
Can't really help beyond that unfortunately. That's all the info I really have.
It was disappointing to hear, I loved the 09's and my artwork was going to be on the 10's.
The concept behind this project (all tobacco from same field/crop) was a good idea. The execution of it however, from the pricing (high $), to buying "futures" etc. was something the cigar industry wasn't ready for IMO...perhaps never will be. Assume that's partially why there's no rush to get out the 2010s. 2009s aren't even moving, and it takes well below retail prices to do so, at least from what I've seen.
If there weren't so many issues with the construction on the OR 08s, and they were priced more competitively from the jump...this might be a different story. As it is, I think it's wise Pete focus his efforts elsewhere...i.e. his L'Atelier line appears to have been a big hit - for al the reasons the La verite wasn't (priced better, better marketing/packaging etc).

yea, i love the '09s.
'09' La Verite is in my top 5 all time smokes
