I was gifted a Tatuaje Reserva by a generous BOTL

It measures 5.5x50

What is this one? Does it have a special name? I know it isn't a noella reserva.

Yup, and its a great smoke.

J21 is a smaller ring gauge and longer, Pork chop is closer to 4.5" I believe.

The J21 is a 5x50. The Regio is 5.5x50. The J21 actually has a "J21" printed on the Reserva band. The Regio band has nothing but "Reserva" on it.

I thought that the Regios didn't have the Reserva band.

The "normal" Regios has no Reserva band. However, Pete made a Regios with the CBL wrapper that has the Reserva band on it.

That is one I did not try, I know th epork chops are more of a 4.5x50 but just threw it out there
