Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
I would be very disappointed if the verbal promise to provide a service/product was broken.
The unfortunate things is that people will probably pay that.
Last year I was told by one of the 13 "You're number 13 on this list, haha, that's pretty lucky, right? Well, we're getting more than that so you'll be getting one for sure."
I am waiting for the phone to ring. I don;t want to piss anyone off by calling and get "bumped." I have worked at places that would do that in the past.
Same here. That's what I am trying to avoid. I am pissing my wife off in the process by asking her to call my phone every now and then just to make sure I do not have it on vibrate mode. I forget sometimes and miss calls that way.

To tell you the truth I actually really like this plan. There are exactly the same amount of dress boxes as lighter/cutter packages. For me if I did buy the lighter/cutter and couldn't find a dress box I would be really disapointed. If they don't sell this way then you can open them up to everyone else. Also as a retailer I wouldn't expect to get a repeat customer from the monster series. I only buy from b&m's and I still, unfortunately haven't reorder from the guys that were nice enough to help me out last year.
Yea. They also offered me two other packages that included one or two sticks, along with other cigars and some gear. All seemed over priced and I was not interested as soon I as figured out that they were not selling the boxes by themselves.
