Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
I will text them and ask him which one these are.View attachment 61404
These are them spent their 24 hours in the "make sure they're safe box" and they are good to go. I have to say they smell great. My guess is they are Connecticut wrappers I think, never had a super great cigar with that wrapper....
This was awhile ago, I kinda slacked a bit. lolI love that you're doing this @Hoshneer
They still had a good amount of them in a few different sizes what I was at the shop a couple months back. If you give them a call in sure they will help you out. Thanks for reviving!
It reminds me, I still need to seek out a set or two. @Hoshneer, are they still available?
I'm sure this guy is part of a cigar club in Chicago and talked up the shop for like an hour, the other tables I was serving were kinda annoyed I was at his table the whole time lolYou sure thats a Tesa? I haven't seen every one but don't think I've ever seen a closed foot like that. I'm sure @@Hoshneer will know
I'm not desperate to know, I'll post up a review of each when I smoke them. Just interested to see if anyone on here knew. And if they are good, what to look for if I want to buy more lolThey still had a good amount of them in a few different sizes what I was at the shop a couple months back. My personal guess is the first one is the 464 but I can't tell if it's pig tailed. I think the torp is the Series Finos.View attachment 61404

No pig tail on the other one. If I had to guess I would call it the standard 5*50 Connecticut stick if they have one, one thing I have to say is the construction is impressive, nice triple cap. The guy was saying they are Nicaraguan filler which gives me hope for them taste wise.My personal guess is the first one is the 464 but I can't tell if it's pig tailed. I just got a text back from Chris. He said it's probably a Vintage Robusto. No pig tail on the other one. Thanks for checking man, that's what I'll label the review when I smoke it then hahaI just got a text back from Chris. He said it's probably a Vintage Robusto.
I will say there is a ton of variety in their blends. Some are very mild and great for pairing and others like the 312 and Gran Cru are straight up Nicaraguan power houses.
Oh hell, I will have to pick one up on my next trip.
Good to know they are Tesa now I need to find those and try them lol.
Got a review upI won a 312 Deconstruct box last year in a raffle. I need to hit that up sometime.
