Any Thai food lovers?

I'm going to my favorite Thai restaurant for lunch tomorrow.

Its about a 30 minute drive from the OC to Santa Monica, but well worth it.

Larb Gai salad to start (cilantro, onion, shallot, mint, cayenne, lime, fish sauce, chili paste)

Chicken with roasted chili main coarse, with a pineapple fried rice.

Delicious, I can't freakin' wait.

Thai food is incredible, you may have inspired me to go to my favorite Thai restaurant for a leisurely lunch followed by the Reserva 12 i have been waiting to smoke.

Tom Yum Kai soup

Chicken pad thai.

My 2 favorites. And coincidentally enough, i've perfected my own recipes for both. Make both about once a month, but i have to say, it's tough to enjoy a cigar within an hour after eating it...the spice takes a while to go away.

Oh, and i even got my 7 yr old daughter on the pad thai. i tone the heat down for her of course, but she asks for me to make it. I love her taste in food. She eats some off the wall stuff for a 7 ye old.

Another of her faves is roma tomatoes with basil, balsamic and mozerella.
