The Bruery Tart of Darkness and Tabak Especial Robusto Pairing [video]

The Tart of Darkness is a sour stout. In case you've never had a sour beer, they are very unique. Kind of tasted like if you dropped a Warhead candy into a stout.

We paired it with our Tabak Especial robusto, a coffee-infused cigar. When paired, the flavors melded in an extremely interesting way. We got something similar to a sour cherry chocolate pie. Pretty cool!
