That means they do not have it, but are trying to get it. Keep it in your saved section and when they get it, it will be automatically added to your "Q".

I've got a digital copy, we watched it the other day so it's fine. It's in .mp4 format. I converted it to .mkv to burn it to dvd. PM if interested.
