BULLETIN: BULLETIN: "THE HTHSOTMNBTD HERF" UPDATE

The herfin will commence on Friday 9-26-08 at the Cigar King cigar emporium. Jeff and I are flying into PHX Friday morning and will head to the Cigar King in Scottsdale for the first OFFICAL cigar of the herf. Chuck will be joining us when he gets a kitchen pass from the Draconian Banking Society Seminar aka Bailouts R US. We will continue on our B&M discovery tour with stops at Lonsdales, Churchills, Tinder box and the Fat Buddah not neccessarily in that order. Dinner (huge hunks of nearly raw meat, potatoes and home made strawberry shortcake) at the oneaday cookie cutter followed by what else............. more smokes and great booze. Saturday will be more of the same.

Ok Ladies, sound off like you got a pair. Who else is gonna show up?

:eyequiver. You are not far off on the Bailout R Us. After my 5AM conference call, I am going back to sleep then meet up with the herf before they all turn green from smoking at noon.

Cigar King 11:30 AM. I am done here at the Doubletree about 9 and plan to head over there as soon as Ken and Jeff leave the airport. One of you call me. I am figuring by the time they find each other and the car 9:30 to 10 so 11:30 should be good.

Sitting on the balcony of my hotel room drinking coffee and smoking a D4 waiting for Jeff and Ken to wander into town. After a 5AM conf call I am done and ready to rock & roll.

Just left these guys at Cigar King. What a great group. Walked in with nothing and walked out (after smoking a fine 3 year old smoke courtesy oneaday) with four primo smokes AND a shirt. Just hate I had to go back to work. I can tell it is only going to get better as the day goes on.

Sorry I missed you, Greg. When I was ready to meet, they had just arrived at the Salty Senorita for lunch. Since I'd just eaten and had to go back to work, it was a virgin bloody Mary for me. Great to meet and hang out with Ken, Chuck and Jeff. And thanks for the drink, Ken! They are now on their way to the next herfing stop, whereever it may be.

Wish you boys were here. On our third cigar at CIgar King. Great place. Oh btw they have the Oliva V Lancerso at $147 a box in stock and you get 8 assorted Olivas with it.

What an awesome time. Oneaday is the consumate host. I dont think we can call him oneaday after this weeksnd.:eyequiver We hit a total of four cigar stores, some more than once. Met up with Sully and Greg. Ken and Maryann hosted us to a fantastic steak dinner. These are two incredible people and I thank them immensely. Particularly Maryann that waited on us and put up with the great cluds of smoke.

Ken as always brought his best game and we tasted cigars that have not seen thelight of day for years.

And yes Bill we went to Anthem to look up ole Mark but he doesnt hang there any more. Ken and I stood to back him up but he didnt need the GPS (Geezer Protection Service). Hopefully this has given Jeff closure:stickbeat.

A fantastic time thanks to Jeff and Oneaday that made a boring business trip into a great time.
