Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I love Mata Fina.Guys. Please remember that this is a monster size stick, 6x60 and 7x60. The interesting thing is that the cigar was blended by me at Joya de Nicaragua, not at Drew Estate. The other interesting thing is that we did something extremely unusual for any JDN product, in that we used a lot of Brazillian Mata Fina as filler and used a Mexican San Andreas Capa. Of course, there is still plenty full bodied Nica filler to compliment the Brazillian Mata Fina.
Curious to see what you guys think, the good, the bad and the ugly....

...and suddenly, all my hopes for you and Mario letting me buy that cab of the November Uzi's with the Connecticut binder were dashed in a single post...Guys. My UZI Weighs a Ton,
JD
Drew Estates has been distributing JdN in the United States for a few years now. JD has been working with them to re-energize the company and the brand. Dark Corojo and Cabinetta are a couple of the new products that are putting JdN on the map. My Uzi Weighs a Ton is JD playing around with the tobaccos at JdN while trying to put out something fun and fresh.Hey I read a little something recently about JD doing some work with Joya d Nic and was wondering if there are any other articles out there filling in more of the story. I used to LOVE JdN but they lost me a number of years ago. I haven't really found a new blend of theirs that really gets me excited so I am pumped to hear about JD working with them. Who knows the REST of the story?
thus speaketh the head flamer!!Let the flames begin. The first Uzi has just been toasted
