Just noticed something odd on that Vinotemp, the gilt page explicitly states it only comes with a 30 day PARTS ONLY warranty, whereas the manual states 90 days parts and labor (Linky). Makes me wonder if this is a refurb unit.
Even so, even the stated 90 days parts and labor makes me shy away from even getting it elsewhere. 90 days is, for lack of a better term- pretty pathetic for something I'd hope would be a quality unit. Anytime I see things like that it makes me wonder why the manufacturer won't stand behind their products for longer than 3 months.
One final thing, gilt also charges a $15 shipping surcharge, so while the page says it is on sale for $148, the unit from them actually costs $163 + shipping. This was another $11 for me. All in all it only saves like $7 vs what can be had new with bing cash back and buy it now on Ebay... with supposed full "90 day" warranty.

That's a great Pepin stick. Had a box of 05's and they were wonderful. But the main word here is "had".
