That sounds like a ploy by the USPS to increase revenue by selling stamps that won't be used for the mail.

Yep, stamp sales are down because of email. Soon stamps will no longer be available and we will have to turn to the internet for an erection test. That's not too bad though, we could all have virtual erections. :bigeyes:
