wtf? London Broil? I'l admit, i can make some kickass marinades for london broil, but no matter how good they are, i'm always gonna pick NEW YORK STRIP!!!! It's my favorite cut. at 2" thick it's phenonemal. and if you can find free range beef with good marbeling, the flavor is out of this world!!!
