Verizon's fiber optic transmission network right to the residence. 25 Mbps down / 15 up. Non-shared bandwidth. Plus HD TV. In theory it should blow away cable, but around here people give it mixed reviews. But it doesn't suffer from the "everyone just got home from work and logged on and the internet came to a crawl" syndrome some cable serviced areas get.
