I'm curious, why the cajon of 500?

I had a similar idea of creating a cedar box of 100 for long term storage >1yr

I wanted them to be almost like barrels.

In the picture where you are holding the fully closed box of 500 (above), what are the cigars aging on the bottom shelf (behind you) wrapped in whats looks to be really old newspaper?

I showed a friend of mine the pictures on his Iphone last night @ my local B&M and he asked... which then made me curious as well.
