  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Lac Man - I liked the Tabacos Beaz too - for half the cost of the My Father, it a great stick.

Like I said - the My Father is unquestionably a good cigar. There are just too many cigars that I like better & hurt the wallet alot less.

I dont really love Pepins that much, the blacks are good for the price, every now an again I will smoke a JJ maduro, and an occasional blue, maybe an old henry, and I like Tats, but other than tats none of the others are in my regular rotation. The My Father was a good stick, but for the price give me a PAM, and for cheaper I reach for the regular padron, or a serie v, or a PLPC before Pepins everytime. To each their own, smoke what you like.

I am smoking the "My Father" the Donk has given me tonight. I do find it to have a very pleasing aroma, but I agree that it is a mild cigar. I would think that this cigar would be a good morning smoke with a cup of coffee, but I would not go out of my way to purchase this cigar.

I am a huge fan of strong/bold cigars. But, I do get in the mood for a lighter cigar. It might be worth keeping them around for a nice pre-breakfast type of smoke.
