I've turned my scrap from uppowoc perfectos into scrappowocs. Didn't care for them. Muddy flavors, uncontrollable blends.

Used to turn the half moon cut from the inside of a habano 2000 wrapper half leaf into the binder of the next perfecto. But since my H2k ran out I've been wrapping with LO Ec shade seco, binding with Criollo seco to sweeten, or binding with Nic binder to spice. That leaves me with a lot of wrapper scrap. I've been drying out these wrapper scraps and making wrappowocs. I like them. Smoking one now. Good habano, a touch of bitter, Criollo for savor.

Here's the query:
Regardless how dry, regardless I roll them loose, they all shrink down tight. Don't draw worth a crap.

Entubado, rolled loose, full length leaf scraps, dried out...

How do I prevent them corking up?
