Opened this with dinner tonight ... (chicken breast on a bed of orzo with tomato/mushroom sauce + broccoli).
Really bold aromas and flavors. Lots of dark, jammy aromas with plenty of vanilla / oak and pepper. Big, sweet fruit flavors remind me somewhat of Aussie Shiraz. A touch of heat on the finish. Good stuff though ... I enjoyed it.
