I'll pipe in and agree with what's been posted.
It's been my experience (YRMV) that the "higher end" sticks (Opus, PAM, VSG, KB, LGD Ano, etc) seem to take to longer storage time more dramatically than other cigars (say LGC R's). But I always try to let my cigars "rest" for at least a couple of months after getting them into the house. I have a theory as to why, but hesitate to share.....
