This is my habit too...I really thought this was a drunk poll question! Ha!
I have inhaled a couple times on accident. I almost died. I do the retronasal olfactory status, but that's it.

For obvious health reasons I don't inhale....it doesn't enhance the flavor or experience at all. What it will do is actually inflame the surrounding tissues in your throat and airways over time...this isn't what you want to have happen as it then causes health concerns. The absorption of nicotine is stronger when inhaled and the concentration of the smoke in your lungs is unfavorable as well. Leaving the smoke in your mouth is the way to go...you can derive enough pleasure from the experience w/o inhaling.
Generally I will inhale approx 1/2 of the cigar that I am smoking, for many different reasons. Mainly because I used to be a heavy cigarette smoker, but also because I find that the flavor changes slightly after being inhaled. Sometimes it's more enjoyable, sometimes not. Really depends on the stick.
