Took a bunch of junk to the transfer station earlier. Garage is once again clutter free-ish. Tomorrow I’ll be smoking a pork shoulder. First time I’ve tried a brine (brown sugar/salt) treatment. It will either be great, horrible, or a waste of time.

2 or 3 puffs in, I hear a "crack". Split the wrapper from the foot to the band.

Smoked fine until about the band. Then split again almost to the head. Haven't had that happen for a long while, just glad I was able to smoke more than 1/2 of it.

Pretty tasty with 2 years on it. Sweet spot I’d say right after a year. Last one. Got them for $3.

Loved those drumsticks. I'm a huge Zeppelin fan, and bought a couple boxes as soon as they came out. Sadly, I burned through them pretty fast.

My EZ I just lit up did the same thing. Being 11% humidity with a 15mph south wind didnt help, I'm sure
