BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

"the best one I've ever had" is always a a great memorable moment in time. Cheers mate!
I found myself craving this variation on my favorite: the Hemingway / Papa Doble. What an absolutely perfect drink.
2oz white rum
1oz fresh lime juice
1/2oz fresh grapefruit juice
Dash of maraschino cherry juice
Dash of simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain. Don't you dare use anything but fresh squeezed juices. Perfection, and greater than the sum of its parts.
Naturally, I had to pair it with:
All in all, a late afternoon relaxation session that I like to think Hemingway himself would approve of.
