BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

@bostoneo i always see you smoking these and had to buy one about a month ago. This cigar is phenomenal! Well i cannot keep up with your cigar intake, i will definitely follow your recommendations, thanks indirectly brother!
@BrewinHooligan i need to sweat some of that Brazilian wrapper and see if i can get it this dark and oily. Hot damn this is in my flavor profile! Almonds, chocolate, red pepper, residual sweetness, and a oatmeal stout thickness. I would love to recreate this cigar!

Two months of rest.
This was a promo stick from Famous. I'm not sure what the measurements are, but is feels like a small log. It is probably the short toro (54x5.5) but it is packed tight. As a result the draw is a bit snugger than I prefer. The early flavors are dark earth (like the aroma of potting soil), cedar, and cocoa. Very subtle and smooth. I don't expect it to be overly impressive or strong. Just a solid and inoffensive smoke.

Over twenty minutes and still in the first third. More flavors are coming out and there is a caramel coffee thing going on.also there is the occasional hit of fresh ground black pepper. Plus the flavors are getting more vibrant. I think this is real old school. It probably needs four months to start shining. Still, I wouldn't mind a fiver in the tupperdor.
Almost an hour in and I just reached the band. A good cigar. For less than $7 each they hold their own against Under Crown or Blind Man's Bluff.
83 minutes in and I had to quit. I had to get ready for bed. My only issue was that I got the end too wet. I had to start rolling the cap between my fingers to get the right draw and all of the flavors. I would love to see this in a 48 or 46 ring gauge.
