Trying some new bourbon today: Jefferson's Ocean. It's aged at sea so the whiskey gets moved around quite a bit in the cask as it matures. Paired with a Moya Ruiz Dim Mak. #whiskeyadventures
I've been wanting to try this stuff. Let me know your thoughts.

Sweeter than my go-to standard, which is Maker's Mark (decent baseline for comparison), with more honey notes than vanilla. It reads almost like an Irish whiskey on the front of the palette; then you get some citrus, some warm spices, and some smokiness on the finish. I like it a lot and recommend you try it.
