BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

It's 63°F in the middle of January, so you can bet I'm taking advantage with what might be the last Room 101 Daruma I get to smoke. Paired with another new cocktail, a Balmoral:
3 parts scotch (Dewar's here)
1 part sweet vermouth
1 part dry vermouth
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
The peaty smoke from the scotch and the spice of the bitters pair nicely.

A rare 2fer for me today. Taking advantage of the unusually warm weather. This guy was begging to be out down. Casualty from the move into the wineador almost a year ago.PSD4
