First half great, second half sour, needs some time
You are correct. They were an ass kicker when they were fresh and even fit a year or two after that. Smoked one last 4th of July and they have now mellowed quite a bit. Great smoke but very different now.im guessing 3 years calmed it down. tastes really good but lost the spice mentioned in reviews. very creamy and sweet, def some solid strength but not fausto strengthStrong smoke. Had one once.Thanks to dustinspo!
