Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Thank you for the mini-review! I'm looking forward to smoking the one I have resting!New cigar for me. Picked up Crowned Heads' Tennessee Waltz from the local B&M. It's a 5 1/2 inch X 52 with Nicaragua filler and binder and a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper. It's got that wet earth, hay barnyard flavor on the pre-light draw. Upon lighting a got a real blast of spiciness (nearer white pepper than red) that I guess is pretty normal since this cigar is made for Crowned Head's by Garcia in the My Father's factory. After about 10 or so puffs the spiciness gave way to some earthy, oakiness that followed throughout the first third. Some leather notes were also evident. The smoke stayed in the Medium range though out thr first third. In the middle third a very distinct orange peel flavor appeared that complimented the other notes very well. Toward the backend of the middle third some intermittent wintergreen type notes also manifested. Strength pickup a bit during the last third but never over top end of medium. I had to make two minor corrections to the burn but nothing significant. Draw was excellent throughout. Overall this was a very fine cigar. Originally this was limited to 250 boxes and distributed only in Tennessee and intended for a one time release but I found out yesterday that more are in the works. With some black coffee it was a perfect late Sunday morning smoke.
Agreed! Also, try the V No.4 (5x43) I believe. A GREAT short smoke!Oliva v lancero from wicket, probably my fav v vitola
