BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

the finish somewhat reminds me of the driness of turkey meat. Might be the turkey on the band playing tricks on me.
I see flavors of wood and earth, its somewhat dry, but very enjoyable. Its a flavor profile different than what I am used to, but very enjoyable.
I could very well see smoking that right after a thanksgiving dinner where everyone eats too much, the flavor profile seems to be fitting for the overstuffed belly and large meal with meat. I'd take that BEFORE dessert.
in my ranking system, it would get a nub-it special quote, otherwise a herf grade. If I had to give it a note on five star, I'd be giving 4 stars. Something I'd be wanting to try again (purposely after a large meal)
