BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Time to break into the monsters, going with a chuck tonight.
Chuck was a bit one note with lots of pepper. I feel it would pair well with a spiced rum or even a cognac. The nub had a few flavors not noted in the first or second third. I'll be trying the Tiff tomorrow...

This was some tasty shit let me tell you. Makes me wanna get my hands on a pudgy bow to try the others.
