Cocktail tinkering tonight. I picked up a bottle of Amaro di Angostura the other day on a whim, and I figured it would go perfect with rye. I was right. Rimmed the glass with a little Chinese five-spice powder to finish it off. It needs something to put it over the top, but it's a great start. Paired with a La Gloria Cubana Medaille d'Or.
