One Monte No.2, my friend just got a box of 10, the date code is NOV06, and the factory code is OEB, I am wondering what OEB stands for ???? I can't find this on the web, anyone know which factory was it?

I've never heard of OEB before...

Very difficult to tell most factories today as the gov. changes the codes almost yearly now. Some feel it doesn't really matter as most factories roll many different marcas during the year and that changes from year to year as well.

I have OEB on Montes from 07 and BBFs from 06.
