I FINALLY tried my best stick, a 97 RyJ Churchill. Smoked in an outside screened porch that overlooks the Chesapeake Bay with a couple Sam Adams Lager. Man o Man was it good. Mellow and smooth as a babies bottom. Way nuttier than I thought would be, almost almond or some other nut was the predominate taste. Glad I saved this puppy for a special occasion, 12 year anniversary with wife.

Yea, I get that from those. I was curious to see what your take was on it since you don't smoke a lot of NCs
