Here's a pic of tonights dinner

Smoked turkey panini with carmelized onions, roasted red pepper, goat cheese and aioli on fresh sourdough bread.

THis will be on the menu at the upcoming restaurant.

It will go well with the french onion soup

thats cool bball. Ive always been into cookin. I love slow days at work during the summer( i work at a cabana bar) , the cooks let me go back in the kitchen and just cook whatever I can think of. the sweet potatoe chips would be great. im a fan of sweet potato fries too
