i really kinda hate you at times, that looks magnificent!
LOL sry for the pain i've caused you

You sharing the recipe????
I asked my wife and she said "a little bit of everything". When I pressed her for more info she said that it has the following but that she might have forgotten to tell me a thing or two:

Applewood salt, paprica, black pepper, red pepper, aregano, cumin ... and it's sitting on a base of halved onions, apples and whole garlic cloves

Man it smells good!!! :)

I make that alot. Throwing in different things. I have even tried it with Rootbeer & Coffee
For the superbowl, I made it Carolina style. cooked it in Apple Vinegar and added cayenne pepper and other spices

Looks great!!

Another crockpot option is a pork roast, with slits stuffed with garlic slices, toss into the crockpot, dump a jar of sliced pepper rings into the crock w/juices. Cook all day... slice the meat, put it on a hoagie roll, put some of the peppers on, provolone, and melt. Very easy... very tasty!

Crock pot cooking is the way to go.

I did up a shoulder roast and made it into a brisket for the superbowl. Everyone that tried it really liked it.
