Whats the story on the 2003 ECCJ? Who made those?

The '03 ECCJ was made by Illusione as well. The actual dinner/celebration of the anniversary of the European Cigar Cult Journal took place sometime in 2003 I believe. The cigars were an enormous success and led Dion to make another limited release batch in '08/'09. Also, the ECCJ and its success are rumored to be the catalyst for the Epernay line.
