While there's still several cigars I haven't turned to ash yet (still got 3 weeks right :cbig:), the Federal MF PR Connie was at the top. I'll have to go through my bands for a more complete listing cause I'm sure there are several I'd forget if I tried to remember them right now. Look forward to the replies in this thread.

Dan
Definitely one for the list.

ranked w/shelf availability just because

ab prensado w/1 yr- whoda fukin thought
? age epc core maduro - tied w/ above
viaje plat w/ 1 yr age - rereverified this as solid
feb 10's quintero panetelas - record fastest smoked box
? age pl montecarlos - not a preferred shape, but awfully good leaf
RA RE beli canada - reeked a Pungent twang for miles! w/syruplike flavors, I was like WTF ?!?!

12' - gravitated me away from the >$7 peppery nc's to the smaller sweeter profile value cc & dr's.

Thanks!

My top so far is the Tat TAA 2012, and the Flor de Las Antillas by My Father! These will be better if I let them sit, but it's hard not to!

I remembered last night (because I lit one up) that two more fantastic regular production cigars I discovered this year are the Fuente Magnum Rosado R52 and the King T tubo. Both very tasty, and I'll be smoking many more of them next year.

Not sure if you've tried them, but the entire Magnum line is really great, IMO. My favorite regular Fuentes.

Wow, lots of cigars I've never heard of and I don't consider myself a rookie after eight years of enjoying the leaf.

My favs this year:

Kristoff Kristania (new for me this year)
la Herencia Maduro box press (new for me this year)
Rocky Patel R4 Toro
Graycliff G2 Toro/Churchill
Nica Libre Toro
and still my all-time favorite - Flor de Oliva toro.

my list is STRICTLY on the new stuff of '12. there have been so many good cigars that i have found or been given this year, it is hard to list. for smoking experience, THE cigar was a forbidden13. had a few at the end of '11, gifted until i ran out, and figured maybe i would see them again in a year (maybe now?), and was gifted one during this year. burned it when i returned from vegas in celebration of our 13th anniversary. great blend, great generosity, and the perfect occasion make that my stand out.

Sean, I like your award show! But who win's the Alejandro Robaina Award for lifetime acheivement?

On a side note, why can't the Grammy's keep it more clear. Still have to refresh my memory between the difference between 'Record of the Year' and 'Album of the Year'. And then there's Kanye West, oh brother. Security, Security!
