Trading Zone question

I have a quick question, I know the trading zone is something that has to be approved to use. I have a new shipment coming tomorrow and I may be in the market to do some trading to rotate out some sticks that are really not to my liking but I have held on to for a while.

That is part of my problem, there is no where I can find a post count or anyone to contact. I understand every community has rules and want to stay within them if I can.

Taken from the BOTL Pre-Study Package located in "Introductions" ..

- As for accessing the cigar marketplace, there are some requirements that you'll have to meet before you are allowed access, so be patient. Starting threads looking to buy (ISO's) or sell cigars outside of the marketplace is bad form and will not be permitted. Another thing to keep in mind is - certain online payment services do NOT permit transactions that are tobacco related, and accordingly are filtered by the board. If using these privately, make sure you know the person you're dealing with AND leave out any mention of cigars, tobacco, bands, or anything else that could be viewed as such. Numerous members have had their accounts frozen by the processor, so use your discretion.

No worries...worst case is that I give away some sticks to some friends who have some more room. I was just hoping for something I have not tried before or something I know I like.

I believe you have to be registered 30 days and have a minimum post count of 25.

FWIW, if you had clicked on the word 'requirements' in BDC30's post in the pre-study guide that SCB quoted it would take you to Eric's post of the requirements, which includes the amt of time & posts required to gain Marketplace access.

Marketplace Changes *Updated 3/1/10*
All accounts registered after December 25th must meet a necessary minimum post count (25) and days registered (30) to access the benefit of the Marketplace forum.

If you registered before December 26th and have posted within the past 30 days at the time of this post, you may send me a request. I will approve on a case-by-case basis based upon your contributions.

Over the past year, we've had increased growth and the overall quality of contributions (or lack of) to make these changes necessary. And more recently, a high percentage of new members were taking advantage of the generosity of other members. Chuck, David and I all agreed that the requirements are more than fair. Remember, this is a community - it is what you contribute. The Marketplace has always been a benefit to those who contribute and make our community what it is today.
