Two members of a Miami Dade PD were killed today during the service of a warrant. Not too many details are known at this time, other than a male initially was killed and his female partner died at the hosptial two hours later.

Prayers should go out to the families of these tow heroes, as well as to the members of the Miami Dade PD.

Your sacrifice will never be forgotten, nor will your heroic actions.

Too many brothers and sisters have been paying this sacrifice lately. Keep them all in your prayers.

Men and women everyday pay the ultimate sacrifice in defending our freedoms. My thoughts and prayers are with their families. Their deaths were not in vain.

Prayers for them, their families, and the department. I know many local officers and pray for their safety daily.

Some criminals rather be dead than to go to jail! It's an unfortunate reality when the men and women of law enforcement encounter these people that they almost don't stand a chance because there mentality is already shoot first. My Father who retired from the department five years ago, told me there is no such thing as a routine car stop. That's what I called it, when we were talking. He said you have to approach every situation as if may be your last. Very sad day for law enforcement! RIP - Officers Castillo and Haworth

I swear issues like this in law enforcement just like military should be held as a Federal crime punishable by death. My prayers go out to there family and friends.
