• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Good point. all of a sudden the guy shows back home with 3 coolers full of cigars. That will definitley be a shocker.

Adam - You better invest in a tongue scraper to help out the cigar breath.

My misses is a bit strange. When drunk she has asked for a cigar in the past, and says "nothing like kissing my man after he smokes a fine cigar". When she's stone cold sober she's almost 180 the other direction. I'd like for her to at least openly accept it, if not join me. I'm just scared if she joined me she'd end up liking my $$$ cigars and only smoke those.

Ah, but then you'd be able to make memories based on experiences while smoking the same $$$ fine cigars.

The problem i have is i've got all these great cigars to smoke, but no one who really knows how to appreciate how good they really are. It's be nice to be able to sit down with that someone and pull out a couple Tat Verocu No. 2 and be able to talk about them. As it is, if i gave a tat east to the only person that could remotley relate to it, my brother, all he could say would be, "You're right, that is a good cigar." He couldn'g elaborate, we couldnt' talk about the flavorful undertones. he could only say it's good because i told him it's good.

I'd love it if my wife could truely enjoy Bolivar RC, or a Tat Cojonu with me.

I need a cigar smoking buddy.

True thing on the memories. I won't hold my breath though and I don't think I have to worry about her smoking my good stuff.

To get back on topic.....

Excerpt from newhavanacigars.com blog:

"Over the course of the day - I talked my way into buying all of those remaining Verocu cabinets. It's perfect. It denotes the end of the East/West run of Verocu. The last few remaining cabinets will consist of unbanded cigars in foil - perfect for aging. Pete finally agreed. I hope to have them in a few weeks. Twenty some East Coast No. 2 and maybe ten West Side No. 1 cabinets. Sweet!"

So with only twenty some you probably don't have long to go. Now you can look at that two ways. Not long till you're no longer tempted, or you don't have much longer to buy them.:stretchgr

After 24 hours of resistance, I just pulled the trigger on these. The Mrs. actually said it was OK! Think I`ll keep her.

You guys are loosing me again. What’s the deal with the #1 and #2 and the East and West releases? Are they all different versions of the same cigar, different blends or what?
and Chuck, YOU calling these a master piece in the Pepin domain makes me want to try them in a big way. And this when they are gone,, there aint no more shit makes me nervous.

If anyone wants to work out a little trade for a few please PM me and let me know what you think would be fair. I just hope I have sticks that would be of interest to trade.

Verocu No. 1 (6 1/4 x 52) West Coast version
Verocu No. 2 Exclusivo Zona Del Este (5 1/2 x 54) East Coast version

I believe both are the same blend. Someone correct me if I`m wrong.
