After reading that all I can say is wow that is rough, I am Canadian and I have to say it is odd to me that each individual State can set such different laws and could even actually band smoking outdoors as Florida is attempting.

In my opinion is that if some wants to smoke it is their god given right...if you aren't allowed smoking outdoors anymore where does that leave anyone to do what they wish?
