I can't get my lables to print with this damned "improved" process!!!

Can someone give me some hints on how to get the SOB to work.

I have Adobe Reader 6.0 installed on my PC.

Get the latest, latest version, download, shut down and restart. See if that works. It's what I had to do. :dunno:

Wow, this totally sucks! Doesn't print out automatically like before, although I can save the pdf's of the label and print them out.

Tested with the following browsers on Mac OS X 10.4:

Safari Nothing happens. Can extract label url for label from view-source.

Firefox & Internet Explorer & Opera Downloads generated label PDF.

If that doesn't work for anyone I have suggestions from USPS on how to get the stupid thing to work...also, if you keep track of charges online like I do, don't worry if you have a bunch of pending charges from trying to print out a label...they'll dissapear before they actually hit your account.

Posted this elsewhere on Tuesday. :innocent:

USPS' Click n Ship online service was recently redesigned to print labels in PDF form. Tried it today in IE and Firefox and got nothing even though I know my printer's working fine.

It turns out you need to open up Acrobat Reader (I'm using v7.0.1), go to

Edit -> Preferences -> Internet and Uncheck "Display PDF in browser"

Try printing a test label first. If a label doesn't automatically print, right-click the window with the label image and click Print.

The rep said they're working on the problem. HTH

Barely above the waterline.
I printed some out today. Acrobat opens automatically. But the system sucks! You have to print the whole page, even if you don't want it, or the label comes up 8 1/2 X 11.:cursing: You can reduce the size, but it then appears RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE F'ING PAGE, WASTING A WHOLE SHEET OF PAPER.

I sent them a NASTYGRAM e-mail!!:angerhead:cursing::closedmou:closedmou:closedmou:closedmou:closedmou

Blows big donkey balls! My dad does Ebay for a living and I box everything up for him. Well the old method was hella faster. USPS don't know jack!
