TPE is a trade show called Tobacco Products Expo. I don't think it's open to the public unless you have a tobacco business. SLS is a hotel/casino, which is the trade show hotel chosen. It's on the northern end of the strip just north of The Riviera and Circus Circus. You wanna stop by one night for a cigar?
